Melaine's career in Real Estate began in 2014 when she helped found and develop a privately owned investment company actively engaged in buying, remodeling, and selling Real Estate. She managed the company's rental portfolio, trained transaction coordinators, and supervised day-to-day operations including acquisitions and project management. 

In 2017 Melaine joined the staff of one of the top real estate brokerages in Central Texas where she quickly moved into a role as a Senior Compliance Manager. She worked directly with the Broker in Charge and President of the Austin Board of Realtors® by consulting with agents on complex transaction issues, creating training resources, and leading classes on contract fundamentals and best practices. 

In 2019 Melaine joined Kate's team to put all of her skills to use in a dynamic and versatile role of being Kate's Assistant and Operations Manager & has the capacity and knowledge to assist clients with high-level questions and concerns.
